3. Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party services to deliver AI-generated content. When you use Lightfall, your data may be processed by:

  • fal.ai: We send model descriptions and images to fal.ai for AI image generation (via Nano Banana Pro) and video generation (via Veo 3.1). Your text prompts and uploaded images are transmitted to their servers for processing.
  • ElevenLabs: For voiceover-style videos, your script text is sent to ElevenLabs for text-to-speech synthesis.
  • Pixabay: We query Pixabay to source royalty-free background music based on keywords derived from your script.
  • xAI (Grok): Your script ideas are sent to Grok for AI-powered script refinement and augmentation.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We encourage you to review their policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to perform its function.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your uploaded content and generated videos for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored to allow you to re-download them. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect functionality.
